Gyokuro

Gyokuro, a centuries-old favorite of Japanese aristocrats, is one of Japan's finest tea offerings, as well as the most famous of Uji's teas. This highly esteemed emerald tea is shade-grown for approximately three weeks, producing an infusion of the beautiful pale green color from which it gets its name after harvest.
